Delivery and Shipping Policy
Returns, Refunds and Delivery Policy (Part B: Delivery Policy)
Nationwide delivery coverage across all 36 Nigerian states & international logistics guidelines.
1. Overview
This Delivery Policy explains how products purchased through the SNB Marketplace Platform are delivered to buyers. The Platform may coordinate delivery using internal logistics operations or verified third-party logistics partners (including GIG Logistics, Sendbox, and regional courier services).
2. Delivery Coverage
Delivery services are available within locations supported by the Platform across all 36 states of Nigeria, FCT Abuja, and international zones. Delivery availability may depend on:
- a. Buyer location;
- b. Vendor location; and
- c. Logistics capacity.
Certain remote locations may require additional delivery time and will be communicated to the buyer.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout. Delivery timelines may vary depending on:
- a. Vendor preparation time;
- b. Logistics conditions;
- c. Weather;
- d. Public holidays; and
- e. Other operational factors beyond the Platform's control.
Standard Delivery Estimates
- Within Same Zone / Intrastate: 1–3 business days
- Interstate / Nationwide Delivery: 2–5 business days
- Remote Locations: 3–7 business days

Delivery timelines provided on the Platform are estimates only.

5. Inspection on Delivery
Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect products at the time of delivery. If visible damage, tampering, or discrepancies are identified, the buyer should notify the delivery personnel immediately or report the issue through the Platform within the applicable 48–72 hour return window.
6. Failed Deliveries
Where delivery attempts are unsuccessful after reasonable effort:
- a. The order may be returned to the Vendor; and
- b. The buyer may be responsible for redelivery fees where applicable, except where the failed delivery resulted from the Platform's own negligence, in which case clause 10(c) of Part A applies.
7. Delivery Confirmation
Delivery may be confirmed through one or more of the following methods:
- a. Signature confirmation;
- b. Digital OTP / electronic confirmation; or
- c. Delivery photo confirmation.
Once delivery confirmation is recorded, the order will be considered fulfilled.
8. Risk Transfer
Risk of loss or damage to products generally transfers to the buyer upon successful delivery to the address provided, save for any defect, damage, or error attributable to the Vendor or the Platform under clause 10 of Part A.
